
Other Group Classes
Our programs include exercise classes, walking groups, emotional regulation and navigating healthy relationships classes, fine motor skills groups, music and movement classes, dance classes, hydro classes, and Pilates classes.

Our 'Walk and Chat' group provides an opportunity for people to learn how to socialise whilst incorporating healthy movement.

This group promotes incidental exercise, teaches skills about how to access the community safely and increases awareness about concepts. These may consist of road safety, sun-smart awareness and how to look after a friend when in the community.

A space to have a chat, share experiences, collaborate as a team and develop strategies to support with emotional regulation and development of social skills. Explore what a healthy relationship looks like (whether that be friendships, workplace relationships, transactional relationships or other relationships).

Sing, dance and Moov together with Moov360. Join our interactive singing program to increase your lung capacity and vocal muscles. Have a dance, practice your balance, motor planning, coordination and develop your social skills. Our Music and Movement groups provide opportunities to increase emotional well-being through laughter, fun and sharing a love for music.​​


Our group is focused on developing fine motor skills that are functional and increase independence or support people to engage in meaningful activities and increase their quality of life. It’s fine motor, it’s functional and it’s fun!
